Since 1997 Provast has been on the leading edge of the facilities management business in Nigeria.The company was established as a joint venture between Shell Trustees Nigeria Limited (now Shell Nigeria Closed Pension Fund Administrators Limited), Pension Managers of Shell Oil Nigeria Limited and Panther Investments
The initial purpose was to concentrate its core business and outsource property facility management functions for Shell Nigeria Closed Pension Fund Administrators Limited, (SNCPFA). This arrangement culminated in the development of a strategic alliance with Provast for theeffective management of the facilities. In the year 2003, Provast took charge of similar functions from some multinational corporations in Nigeria and has since been their Integrated Facilities Management providers.
Being in the FM Industry for over 25years, Provast has invested heavily in developing a very strong Technical team support for its FM needs, which is able to erect buildings, maintain buildings, refurbish and re-do buildings at competitive rates without compromising standards and quality. This competence has been extended over the years to form an MEP & Finishing Works Team for the organization.
We also provide Building Finishing Works such as windows and doors installation, dry wall & partition wall installations,Floor &Wall tiles works, Concrete works, ceiling and building glass works.
